Why The Cowardly GOP Are To Blame For The Audacity of Donald Trump
Republicans fed the beast of our nightmare
It’s hard to internalize the series of events that have tragically transpired within the last 24 hours, that began with pre-festivities courtesy of the Trump Crime Family in DC, not far from Capitol Hill, where the ceremonial certification of the 2020 election results was scheduled to commence.
More than a handful of traitorous Republicans led by the slimy Senator from Texas, Ted Cruz were prepared to defend their baseless objections in an effort to delay the confirmation of President-elect Joe Biden as the next Commander-in-Chief, who will take the oath of office on January 20th.
Donald Trump and his minions, including his mouthy idiot sons, Don Jr., Eric, and their equally vile partners-in-crime, Lara and Kimberly Guilfoyle, hijacked the nation’s capital on the morning of Jan. 6, with devious intentions to disrupt formal proceedings, and once again inflame the rhetoric of packaged conspiracy theories about a “rigged election” that must be contested by any means necessary.
Circulating clips of Donald Tump Jr., frothily spewing out threats and ultimatums directed at GOP leaders, who are failing to respect the Trump brand for how it has rebooted the Republican Party, was followed by the incoherent rants of the man of the hour, a lame duck president, and future felon, whose egomaniacal tendencies were ultimately going to lead to his blazing self-destruction.
Hours after the so-called “Save America” rally, that had been hyped up for weeks by the Thug-in-Chief and co-conspirators like Kayleigh McEnany, and other staunch loyalists of an unhinged trickster was dispersed, a mighty crowd of radicalized cultists, freely stormed the steps of Capitol Hill and vandalized their way into the sacred building.
The horrific images and footage documenting the unfathomable crimes of domestic terrorists, who were emboldened by the marching orders of their supreme leader, will forever change the way foreigners regard the once valuable gem of America’s democracy, not to mention the revoked reputation as “world police,” which was erased during Trump’s disastrous European tour in 2018.
Speaking of that disgraceful display of uncouthness and insidiousness directed towards America’s longtime allies, while sloppily carrying out job duties abroad, Trump managed to successfully alienate those he deemed as “enemies,” including NATO, where he berated officials in face-to-face meetings to the embarrassment of expert observers.
Vladimir Putin of Russia, who has been blamed for installing the human grenade, who assumed the absolute power of the highest office in the land, through effective interference in the 2016 elections by Russian operatives, maximizing the tools of engagement at the expense of America’s soul, was the only world leader spared the wrath of Trump’s combative stance.
While attending a news conference in Helsinki, both Trump and Putin occupied their podiums with the visual presence of their authority, with the American president shockingly gushing over a visibly amused, murderous dictator, who couldn’t hide his glee over the evidential decline of a super power.
Once the Q & A was underway, it didn’t take long for the treasonous attributes of the Liar-in-Chief to take hold, as Trump inexplicably rejected the proven findings of Russian interference in the presidential election that he won, by dangerously siding with Putin over the integrity of his own intelligence community.
Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coates was adamant about the fact that Putin’s operatives had successfully waged cyber warfare to infiltrate the wirings of our democracy to produce the much-needed outcome of Hillary Clinton’s defeat. The goal was to secure the victory of a celebrated buffoon who was blatantly unqualified for the office that he has now massacred beyond recognition.
As Putin stood there, trying his hardest to maintain a blank expression as he witnessed his robotic creation, dutifully complying with the objectives of absolving him of his masterminded attack on the legitimacy of our electoral process, Trump proceeded to put the country he was charged to protect in emergency mode.
Trump claimed that Putin was “extremely strong and powerful” in his denial of Russian interference, and stated that while he has “confidence in our intelligence community” he was more inclined to believe a murderous dictator, who notably clashes with other world leaders, for reasons that highlight his crimes against humanity.
“I don’t see why it would be Russia.”
Those were the damning words that came out of the mouth of an American president who was willfully threatening the health of our national security on foreign soil.
Upon his return back to the country he shamelessly fucked over for the purpose of bowing down to the person responsible for his meteoric ascension, Trump was greeted with a barrage of accusatory questions by mainstream media, and a growing controversy he needed to address.
Cowardly GOP leaders turned a serious situation into a political game by repeatedly downplaying their supreme leader’s punishable violations, while White House communications followed suit with nonsensical narratives aimed at mocking those who dare to question the nefarious motives of a Putin ally, who also has access to the nuclear launch codes.
Trump finally held a news conference to confront the shit fest head on, and true to his infamously reckless demeanor, he went on and on about how his words were taken out of context, before settling on what he really meant to say:
“I don’t see why it wouldn’t be Russia.”
Instead of what he actually said with gusto in Helsinki with Putin right by his side:
“I don’t see why it would be Russia.”
The truth is that the cowardly and racist GOP is thoroughly to blame for the audacity of Donald Trump because Republicans gluttonously fed the beast of our nightmare for more than four years.
This explosive end to the terror of a criminalized presidency will undoubtedly and justly destabilize the inner workings of an embattled political party that deserves to eventually flatline.
Trump has been nothing but consistent when it comes to putting his self-interests and misguided ambitions above all else, and his strategic homage to Vladimir Putin in Helsinki back in 2018, was the red flag that put our national security on high alert; a status that has remained throughout the duration of a fraudulent presidency.
Republicans are woefully responsible for the horror show that played out at the nation’s capital, an affront to what this ailing nation patriotically holds dear, as the unchallenged privilege that serves as the prime example of the western values that rival the civil unrest in third world countries.
GOP leaders need to hold themselves accountable when they recall how their systemic coddling of a Terrorizer-in-Chief, who couldn’t be restrained, due to the currency of his whiteness, inevitably set the timer for the explosion that would result in extensive damage that can’t be rectified.
Donald Trump is the deadly virus of the disease of white supremacy that can’t be cured unless the infection is targeted for extinction.
The fact that the man who incited the lockdown of Capitol Hill after encouraging the demonstrative rage of domestic terrorists he radicalized on Twitter and at KKK-themes rallies, is still assigned the privileges of his illustrious station, proves beyond a doubt that the supreme leader of the GOP will continue his reign of terror beyond the office of the presidency.
GOP leaders and guilty members of a diminishing party need to own up to the vital roles they played in inflating the ire of a beastly tyrant, who has lived up to the promise of being the death of us.
Politics has always been a dirty game, but America has sadly shown the world how it can also be a killing machine.
And the Republican Party gets all the credit for that somber feat.
