Empire actor Jussie Smollett was just dealt a heavy blow in a highly polarizing case that has held the country hostage for almost three years. Smollett, 39, was found guilty of blatantly fabricating the story of the alleged hate crime that he claimed to have been a victim of back in 2019 when he recounted details of the violent attack at the hands of two #MAGA disciples.

The viral breaking news served as further proof of the high cost of having a white supremacist as the Racist-in-Chief, who was installed to advance white power by any means necessary.

The disturbing surge in hate crimes was already a cause of concern for investigative agencies like the FBI that has furnished statistics illustrating the deadliness of Donald Trump’s anointed ascension to the highest office in the land.

As soon as I was aware of the harrowing ordeal described by the violated victim, I promptly curated my reaction to a tragic consequence of #MAGA’s allegiance to white supremacy.

But glaring inconsistencies began to eat away at Smollett’s testimony. There were nagging questions about the night he was assaulted by two men in downtown Chicago, who yelled out racist and homophobic slurs. And the graphic detail of the noose around his neck was the last straw…
