There has to be serious consultation within the police force, that permits the full acknowledgement of how police brutality has become the disease that needs to be cured with effective measures that aim to heal what’s been broken.

As long as the establishment ignores the symptoms, there will be no progress. And the issue is that the system refuses to treat ALL LIVES equally, and that gives officers the confidence to be killers with badges.

It’s a purposed mess.
