Thank you for your voice of reason during this horrific season of death and desperation. I also believe that law enforcement across the nation needs to abolish brutish and outdated methods of patrolling Black communities. There has to be a public acknowledgment from high-ranking officials about the long history of deadly violence against unarmed Black citizens. We have to be on the same page in order for much-needed change to occur.

The police force is over-powered by lawlessness that's partnered with the betrayal of our criminalized judicial system.

We must de-power the police and until that happens we will continue to bury Black victims who never stood a chance.
