Thank you for this! This season is a toughie for me because I don’t usually enjoy it the way I used to as a kid.

I think being an adult and exposed to the vulnerable trail of life has left me emotionally vacant to some degree.

There is also the stuff that happens that is supposed to happen because that’s the idea of life and death.

But it’s still unnerving.
